How do I allow a user 2 drag & drop in a Powerpoint Presentation?

I am creating an interactive presentation in Powerpoint where users click on
various Action Buttons with either their left or right mouse buttons to
advance to the next slide. I would like to know if there is a way to have
users drag and drop an Action Button (or Command Button or something similar)
from one part of the screen to another to advance to the next slide?

I have a link to Hans Hofmann's drag and drop example on my site:

Click on "More Tricks" and look for trick #8. That allows you to do the
drag and drop, and I'm guessing it would only take a little code to get it
to move to the next slide.
