How do I add "Save As" to my right click mouse menu?

My "Save As" is under my File Pull down menu, but it is missing in my
mouse's right click menu.

How do I add it there?

Thanks in advance.

(I use Outlook 2007)

For what kind of action?
To save individual messages? Not possible without additional programming.
It should be there when right clicking on attachments in the Reading Pane.

When I sent e-mails, I want to then save the e-mail that I sent in a
personal folder in my computer separately from Outlook. I have opened
already the folder with my Explorer and saved some others similar before. I
go to the same folder, but I have to do it thru the File Pull down, which
requires one more step. If I can do it directly thru my mouse right click,
I would not have to go to the File pull down. I want to save the message
with the attachment. If not, possible, can at lease the message be saved
that way?
It is possible?

Open the folder in Windows Explorer and drag the message to it.
