How do I add additonal pages to the CookBook Template?

I'm a wordperfect user and use word once in awhile. I want to use this
cookbook template I downloaded. It is most likely easy, but I can't add
additonal pages to the downloaded template.....ie..add more pages to the
cookie section or any section for that matter.
