How do I access "My Favorites" in Outlook 2003 as I could in 2000

I am trying to add "shortcuts" to my "shortcut panel"...I was able to accesss
"my Favorites" (explorer) to bring up my URL and then make a shortcut to it
when using Outlook 2000. I am not able to do either in 2003. Could someone
please advise me??
