How do I access deleted contact files in Outlook?

I synchronized my contacts list from Outlook to a Blackberry 7520. When I
accessed the contact information on Outlook afterward, all of my prior
information was gone and replaced with my Blackberry phone list. How do I
restore my contacts in Outlook?

Are they in Deleted items or was a backup made? I'm unfamiliar with
Blackberry software.

I did not think to check my Deleted folder. The contacts are there. I did not
back this up prior. Could you explain how and or where the file is located
and how it is accessed?? Thanks for the prior information.
