How could I receive messages from folders other than Inbox?

I have setup a mail filter in my Yahoo account, which sends messages incoming
from a certain user to a certain manually setup folder in the web.
When I tried to receive the messages by POP from that account in Outlook, I
realized that I only receive messages currently in the Inbox folder only.
Is there a way to receive the messages originally in folders other than the
Inbox folder?

By the way, I have contacted Yahoo support for help on this topic, because I
believe that the solution has to be from their side, but they didn't
understand what I wanted and at last, they asked me to contact the provider
of the E-mail Client Im using!!

Not that I know of unless you use IMAP or, possibly, if http mail was
supported.
