I need to turn off digital signatures because I get a error message saying I
can't digitaly sign my emails! I go to tools and untick digital sign, but it
is back on every email. I have asked Microsoft five times how to do this but
they just redirect me somewhere else and I can't get an answer from them. I
thought it was a simple enough question but it has now taken a week and still
noone has come up with ananswer!! PLEASE HELP ME.

There should be a setting for that on the Security tab here in Outlook:
Tools menu > Options.
