How can I save bank pages

M

mr

Hi- I'd like to know how to save bank pages- I have 2
different banks that I use- WIth one bank, if I want to
save the page I am viewing on my pc for later offline
viewing, all I do is on the file tab drop down then
click 'save as' and give it a name and in seconds it is
saved exactly as I was viewing it on-line.
But there is another bank I bank with and when I do the
same, a box comes on saying it cannot save the file- I
thought perhaps some institutions do not allow saving the
pages and some do- Is there anything I can try (except
copying and pasting my info) that I have not done.I have
XP.thnaks 4 your help

Hi,

Many use dynamically created pages (pages that are created "on the fly")
that cannot be saved - I would trust these far more than the ones that can.
If you want to save a page, then print it.

You can print it to a file, I use WIN2PDF which creates a
PDF file.

Good suggestion. Still printing, but not wasting $$$ ink.

Or hit the "print screen" button & then paste it into your graphics program.
Trouble is with this is if the page won't fit on the screen then it won't
show in the picture.

Get WIN2PDF and print the page to a file.
