How can I receive emails on 2 different computers?

I saw this question was asked awhile back, but I think my situation is
slightly different. I have 2 home computers, one a desk top with Outlook 2003
and the other a lap top with Outlook 2002. They both use POP3 servers. My
desk top is my main computer that I use. But yesterday when I went to our
main office and used my lap top, the emails received while using my lap top
did not go to my desk top until I manually forwarded them and shut down my
laptop immediately. Please help.

Configure the laptop, in account setup, to leave a copy of the emails on the
server.
This leaves them on the server for the desktop to download and delete.

You need to enable leave a copy on the server to make this work on both PC's.
The problem then will be the POP3 servers email account will fill and then
you will be forced to remove them from the POP3 server. If you do not care if
all email is downloaded to the laptop then set leave a copy on the server
only on the laptop. This will leave the email on the pop3 server until you
have received the emails on the desktop. To enable this the setting is in the
advanced tab of the POP3 account settings.
