how can I get the IE tool bar on https page

For my work I have to go to a site that loads https pages with not IE
tool bars at top to print from etc. How can i get it to show the page
with normal IE icons at top?

In OE go to View > Toolbars > Check Standard Buttons > check Address Bar

check Links > Check Status Bar.
