How can i get the Guide Lines to stay where i put them in a templ.

I put the Guide Lines where i want them, if i save this as a ppt the lines
stay where i put them. If i save the document as a template (pot) the lines
revert to the default when i open the document again.

I have also tried to rearrange the lines on the master and then save it.

Please can you help.

As I recall, guide positions are stored with the presentation rather than in
the template. If you're creating templates for other users, you might instead
give them a sample presentation that they can open and save to a new name (set
it to read only to encourage this).
