How can I fix this? MAPI was unable to load the info service PST.

When I try to open Outlook, I get a message that says unable to open your
default email folders. The .DLL files for the info service could not be
found. MAPI was unable to load the info service PSTPRX.DLL. What does this
mean and how can I fix this?

Go into the "add remove Programs"
Selct Microsoft Office or Outlook "Change"
Select Repair.
Try this first
make sure you have the CD before you start.
