How can I disable the Protect document task pane

Every time I click on tools/protect the document protect task pane appears on
the right side of screen. How can I disable this pane. Very annoying

If you don't need the specific controls in this task pane and just need to
lock a form, you can use the padlock button on the Forms toolbar, but you
need to use the task pane if you want to protect only certain sections of a
document or if you want to protect for something other than forms.
