How can I change the time in Outlooks inbox

I'm using Office Ent 2007 with all current SPs and I'm still running XP pro
SP3 Window has the current time but the inbox shows all mail arriving 3
hours early. This is a new install on my second hard drive no problems of
this nature on the first terrabyte drive. Any help will be appreciated Thanks.
