How can I change the Normal Style in a theme

A beginners question ... I use Front Page 2003.

How can I change the Normal style in a theme. For example I modify the
theme and I would like the style normal, which is Verdana size 3(12 points)
to be Verdana size 2 (10 points).

I tried the following: select the theme, modify, text, more text styles but
there is no Normal on the list of styles?

Right. That's because there's no <normal> HTML tag.

For starters, try setting the font you want on the "body"
selector (which corersponds to the <body> tag). However,
for some browsers, you may have to repeat this settings
for td (table detail = table cell) and a few other tags.
