How can i change the language setting

Hi,

i am working for a company in germany.... where the whole font page is
in german language
where as i dont know the germa language.... when i have change the
operating system lanuage from geraman to english... all the other
options have got changed to english in MS Office... where as the
Front page options have not got change to english whic is very
difficuld for mee to understand.... Can any one help me out please
