Language Setting

Here is an interesting one. When I boot Vista and when the profile password
screen appears, the language defaults to HU. I have to change it to you EN.

Where is that setting so the OS defaults to EN?

I had already checked the Regional and Language options and all shows
English. Am I missing something?
