How can I auto-start a PPS file without using the PPT Viewer

I have developed a complex powerpoint presentation made up of a 'contents
page' file and 10 linked files for the animated and narrated sections.
I have tried to 'Package for CD' but I don't want the scroll wheel to be
active which I have found to be a bug in the 2007 viewer. (Thanks to those
who tried to assist with this troubleshooting).
I have saved the contents 'Home page' file as a PPS and would like to know
how I can burn the whole project to a CD so that this 'Home page' file
auto-starts when the CD is inserted into a users CD drive. The user should
then be able to hyperlink to the other sections. I suppose it's a bit like
'package for CD' and viewing the presentation in the Viewer but doing it this
way I won't have the scroll wheel bug, although I realise that users will
need to have powerpoint loaded on their computers.
Any assistance greatly appreciated

You will probably need to have this done properly unless you know how to prep
the exe files needed, it's really not that simple!

If it's not a commercial venture and you don't need it yesterday I'll get
someone to prep the files needed at no charge. If you are a business or
commercial set up or need it yesterday then there would be a charge for about
30 minutes work provided that you do some of the work eg picture for splash
screen.

Email me and I'll tell you what we would need from you.
