how 2 get a DLL C:\System32\credui.dll

i scanned my computer and i think i deleted my DLL C:\System32\credui.dll wut ever that is? and i was wondering if anybody knows how 2 get it back because my MSN messenger wont work wit out it

This is an essential part of Credential Manager User Interface, and a part of Windows.

I've placed a copy here:

in your \Windows\System32 folder.
