error message Error Loading : C:\WINDOWS\System32\u7wdz32.dll

Hi, My computer got this message " Error Loading : C:\WINDOWS
\System32\u7wdz32.dll" at the start up.
after i click ok, the system cannot load the icons at the window.
hence, all i got is the blank window and i cannot open any files.
i wonder anybody can help on this?
