Hover text links as opposed to underlined all the time

Some web pages like Wikipedia (or certain parts of Yahoo) have text
links that are not underlined until you hover over them. (They are
always a different color.) Can this be set up in your browser? I
sometimes prefer they are underlined all the time.

This is often set by the CSS(Stylesheet) of the website, but you can
override by going into IE, go to Tools menu, then to the Advanced tab
and check the Radiobutton to "Always" where it says "Underline Links".

It already is set to Always - perhaps some pages are set up so IE can't
override it.

It looks like Yahoo.com uses CSS...as do many sites...which overrides
the browser settings. I do not think there is a way to override CSS
settings? Would love to know if there is!

Tools > Options > General > Accessibility settings may help.

Great idea...had some fun with those settings, but YAHOO still had
underlines. You may have to make your own CSS and define that url
class for each page which is not simple. Requires skill in CSS writing
and updating for each page you visit often.
