Hotmail and attachments

Under o/s XP and using Hotmail via AOL I can't access attachments. When I
try to download attachments I am switched out of download dialogue back to
incoming Hotmail mail screen. When I try my hotmail from another computer
o/s ME the downloads work.

any suggestions.

Go to start/run, and type %TEMP%

Clear all files from the folder.
