"Hotbar" Download Causing Browser Failure

Carol H.

A few days ago, I downloaded Hotbar, a program advertised
as an "upgrade to Outlook", and a "Microsoft Partner".
After installing it I found it would only allow me to use
it's search engine, "Results Master", which contains
nothing but ads! I have tried to uninstall Hotbar, but it
is apparently embedded and remains listed in my system.
I've tried to get support from them, but lately no
response. I STILL can't use my Explorer "search" -- when I
hit the search button I get continuous clicking and
flashing, until I have to click it again to stop. Has
anyone else had this problem with "Hotbar"? How can it be
uninstalled? Or how can it be overridden so I can use the
Explorer search? My advice to everyone out there is don't
touch this Hotbar download! Hope to hear from someone on
this. Carol H.
