Homepage hyperlinks don't always work

I have a Frontpage 2000 web that I publish on a CD Rom.
The Cd autoruns internet explorer and opens the home page
index.htm.

This page has a number of hyperlinks to other pages. It
works fine on most PC's but on some the links don't work.
If you enter the address of another page to open it, the
rest of the site works fine but if you return to the
homepage the links still don't work.

Any ideas how to make the links work on all PC's?

Could it be that you have some drive letters coded into
these URLs?

If you hyperlink to d:\notices\legal.htm, for example, it
won't work on a PC whose CD drive is E:.
