I have IE to open to my homepage which is yahoo.com. For
some reason the homepage keeps changing to
res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776. This goes to a webpage
titled Looking for... I'm not sure what this is and
everytime I change the default it ends reverting back.
Does anyone know what this dll file is and can I delete
it? I've used Ad-ware to scan my computer but it hasn't
found anything.

Most likely caused by a cookie or something that a website
dropped on your PC.
Search Internet for "SpyBot" and run program and let it
clean it up for you.
Be careful NOT to DELETE EVERYTHING that SpyBot
recommends ...... look each one over and detremine if
you / windows loaded the files ........ if not then delete
them.
I've seen this problem on more than 1 PC of mine connected
to the Net @ home.
