HOMEDRIVE and HOMEPATH

I need to change the HOMEDRIVE AND HOMEPATH for users who
have no rights to do so. We have an application that is
hardcoded to point to C:\documents and settings\user
profile\windows for some setting which get defaulted to
the user H drive now.

You can set HOMEPATH for all users in group policy settings. Run gpedit.msc
from comand line.
