Home Page Name Changed By Itself and Now can't publish

Hello. For some reason my FrontPage 2002 program changed my homepage name
from index.htm to INDEX.HTM and the server where I publish doesn't recognize
it. This occurred right after I had help transferring to a new computer. I
have Windows 98, but I think it may be a slightly different version of
Windows 98. I tried to change the name back to index.htm but my FrontPage
said a namechange would make the page unstable. Help? Thanks!

Change it to index.html and then change it back to index.htm.
