home page changing

After shut down or log off, IE home page always goes to
http://quick-searcher.com and 4 "spy cam" sites are
placed into "MY Favorites" . have tried, spybot, ad-
aware, regedit, and clean boot....still there. any
suggestions?

Be very careful with this program though. Do not remove anything that is
referenced by it until you get advice on what to remove as it will list some
