hijacked homepage

Almost Every time I sign on to the internet I get a
different home page. I go to internet options and change
it, but within a day it is changed again. I also get
items added to my "favorites" list(porno sites). This has
been going on for weeks. How can I find the thing that
has hijacked my computer. I bought spyware, but that
didn't work.
