hijacked favorites on internet explorer

My browser has been hijacked. I have used every known
anti spyware program (microsoft antispyware, Spybot, Ad-
Aware, Spyware Blaster, Trend Micro, McAfee stinger) to
clean my computer, and it is fully cleaned. However, the
favorites on my IE are hijacked, such that I cannot
remove the folders and favorites that the spyware
attached to my favorites, and the programs menu is
hijacked as well, as I can't remove certain items from
the program list. The fonts on my IE are screwed up as
well, and can't seem to be fixed even after changing my
display settings screen resolution options. Occasionally
I also get a toolbar that pops up that came from the
spyware as well. Any suggestions? I have tried turning
off IE and reinstalling it, but that did not work. I
have run all of my anti spyware programs in safe mode as
well.

I found hijackThis a fantastic tool for cleaning my PC.
If you goto: http://www.hijackthis.de/en
you can cut/paste the hijackThis log file into the page
and analyse it online.
One word of warning: Be carefull when using hijackthis
because removing the wrong entry can cause serious issues
with you PC. If in doubt leave it alone and consult one
of the forums for additional help.

Well, the problem with HijackThis.de is that you only
get "hints", nothing is for sure so if a novice
using this it can be totally wrong. So be careful !
