hiding text box during slide show

On a Power Point slide, I have a text box that I want to keep visible in the
slide edit and slide sorter views. I want to hide that same text box during
the finished Slide Show. How can I achieve this effect, please?

There are a number of possibilities. You could move the text box off the
visible area of the slide. You could give the text box an entrance animation
(possibly triggered by something that is off the slide so that it will never
be triggered). I'm sure there are a few more ideas, but those are the two I
can think of.

Slipandslide,
Maybe give it an exit animation with previous, that should make it
disappear.

As well as all the other good ideas if you are trying to add some sort of
instruction you might try to insert a comment

In 2007 it's in the Review tab
In 2003 Insert > Comment
