Hi,

I wish to send a mail mail to my co suppliers, but i do not wish the
receipant to be able to see my email address.(i dont want to be bombarded by
them). I want to make it such that it is like a schedule email that is sent
from a server and there is no need for them to reply the email.(so they no
need the from address). It is just like a disseminating of some regular
updates to them on a regular basics.

how can i do that? Is there a certain way to hide my email add from them
when i am using outlook application?

You cannot send out an email without a from address nor can you conceal it.

As Ken says you cannot concel, but you can use he "Have replies sent to"
option.

This does not solve your issue 100%, but it might help some.

It is found in the options portion where you can ask for a read or delivery
receipt. Simply add an email address such as (e-mail address removed) and
when the user replies, it does not make it to your inbox.
