I have a web site that was set up so that all email to me at that web site's domain address ([email protected] for example) is forwarded to my Outlook email (whose associated email address is (e-mail address removed) for example) . That part works fine.
My problem is when I respond to these emails. I want them to show as being returned from the email address the senders saw at the web address ([email protected]) and to which they sent their request, not from my Outlook associated email address.
That is, when someone sends email to the new company, I want any responses to show as coming from that company's domain email address. But I was to have the sender's original email forwarded to my regular Outlook so I do not have to regularly check multiple email addresses.
Is there a way to make this happen?
