Can you help to find how on the following trouble:

I right click on the task bar and enter Task Bar abd Start Menu properties.
I click then on Customize Hide inactive icons.
I reach Customize Notifications and in Past items I find a lot of programs which are no more installed on my PC.
How can I get rid of them?

Thanks for the help.
