Hidden files in PP Slide Show

I am sorry but this will be a long explanation:
I have created a slide show (.ppsm) containing hyperlinks and macros. I have
embedded questions and answers into the slide show for interactive use. I
have a slide with multiple choice questions followed by a slide for correct
and then a slide for incorrect. By clicking on an answer on the question
slide the user transitions to either the correct slide or the incorrect
slide.
I am using the “Browsed by an Individual (Window)" option in the Slide
Setup. I am using this because it allows the minimize button to show and use,
and eliminates the reset timer associated with the Kiosk mode. I could find
no answers to these 2 problems for the Kiosk mode.
Unfortunately the “Individual†mode allows for the mouse wheel to be active.
I do not want the user to just use the mouse wheel to scroll through all of
the slides (and see the correct answers), so I have hidden the “correct†and
“incorrect†slides. This all seems to work properly. If the user just uses
the wheel to scroll through the slides they do not see the “correct†and
“incorrect†slides.
BUT if the user actual clicks on the correct answer, and transitions
properly to the “correct†slide, the “incorrect†slide also becomes visible
when using the wheel. This also happens the other way as well with the
incorrect slide making the correct slide visible. And it is interesting that
by using the wheel going forward to the next slides and then reversing the
wheel to backup both the “incorrect†and the “correct†slides become visible,
but then going forward again the become invisible again.
For some reason by unhiding the “Correct†slide (by transitioning to it
specifically) it also unhides the “incorrect†slide that follows it.
I know this is long so if you have any questions, please ask.
Thanks

When you advance forward from a visible slide, it goes to the next visible
slide. When you advance forward from a hidden slide, it goes to the next
slide (hidden or otherwise). Because you want this to be in Kiosk mode but
can't for other reasons, you might try this (I don't know if it will work so
you might want to make a small sample):

1. Hide all your slides except the first one.
2. Insert blank, unhidden slides between each slide.
3. Make sure that none of your hyperlinks are to Next slide but instead all
are to specific slides.

If I am correct, this should mean that scrolling comes up with blank slides
(you could even make the slides not blank but have a message "Stop using the
scroll bar, bozo" with a button to go back to the beginning). If your
hyperlinks are to specific slides, then they will continue to work as they
should and, without scrolling, never show any of the blank (or bozo) slides.

Hi "Wi11y13"

Here's how (I think) it works.

If you hyperlink into a series of CONSECUTIVE hidden slides then PPT assumes
you want to see them all.

Try breaking the series by addind one or more blank slides with a zero
second transition (eg between Corrct / Incorrect) and NOT hiding this slide.
You should barely see it but as it's not hidden it should transition to the
next non hidden slide
