When booting my pc I recieve an error message:
security accounts manager initialization failed because of the following
error: The security id structure is invalid error status 0xc0000078. Please
click ok to shutdown this system and reboot into safe mode, check event log
for mor details.

When I reboot in safe mode I recieve the same message and I am caught in a
loop.
This is a single pc not on a network with no passwords needed to enter the
os system.

Anyone have any fixes for this problem
