HELP with save picture

When I click on a picture to save it.. up comes save picture but it always
says Filename: untitled and Save as: bitmap. Even when it is a jpeg.
How can I get this feature working correctly again.

Clear your Temporary Internet Files, then try again.

Clearing out the TIF folder will perhaps help. In Internet Explorer go to Tools>Internet Options - click on 'Delete Files...'.
