Help with removal

Sorry for reposting this with the replies I've got so far. Need more help
with it.

I seem to have caught a trojan. I ran my anti-virus and it cleared it

up.Then the following message kept coming up afterwards even when i ran
anti-virus it came up saying the system was clean, yet the message appears
regularly on my computer screen:
Trojan horse downloader.small.6.BA is found in file
C:\System volume
Information\_restore{344D6A0F-CE3C-4FE8-85DE-CCCF54169E06}RP129\A0004373.dll
How do i remove this and what has happened?<

I did and it didn't work?


I went like this:

Click on my C Drive icon (this drive has all my programs on, while D drive
has my system restore) then click properties tab and then clean up.

is this right?

did you disable system restore before the cleaning? you
can erase all system restore points. as this message is
pointing to system restore file.
