help with outlook rule for NDRs.

Hello, I am wondering if anyone could give me some tips on setting up a rule
for NDRs. I would like to forward the NDRs to another mailbox. I've tried
subject, keywords, etc... but nothing works. I realize that NDRs are
generated on the fly and there is no real text in the body of the email.

I've also tried both Client & server rules. We are running Exchange 2003 with
outlook 2003.

Thanks,
HRSterne

try creating a rule that flags them and run it now on all messages in your
inbox - it should work. If changing it to forward the message to another
mailbox on the server fails, then it's not the rule or keywords you're
using. :) Forwarding to addresses not on the server may fail because of the
way the server is configured.

The funny thing is that if I setup a fowarding rule on any other sender the
rule works. It just won't work on the 'System Administrator' account. I've
added the sys admin account to the contacts and setup the rule using it. What
else can I do?

Thanks,
