Help with Outlook 2003, IE, and scripting error

scott

A Windows 2000 machine on a Windows 2003 Domain, a client is running
Office 2003. When starting Outlook, and selecting the Outlook Today
view, he recently started getting the error:

"Internet Explorer Script Error

An error has occurred in the script of this page.

Line: 298
Char: 1
Error: Class not registered
Code: 0
URL: outlook:today

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Yes/No" buttons

Scripting has been disabled or changed under the IE Security settings,
but
has not affected the error, which keeps coming up every time Outlook
2003
starts (in Outlook Today mode).

Ideas?

Thanks.

Scott

Select a low-security zone like Local Intranet or Trusted (where scripting
is enabled) and add the following string as a domain: "about:internet"
