Help with IE 6.0

I have IE 6.0 and never had a problem until now. Every
time I open the browser, it doesn't open completely.
Even when I click on the expand window, it only opens
like 3/4 of the way. I tried to update IE 6.0 and did
not work, tried re-installing over it and didn't work
either.

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

Open such a window.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
