Help with HTTP

I have an msn.com mail account, which I can send and receive emails through,
but when I click a link, say, on Craigslist for example, I get the set up
screen which says HTTP is nop longer supported. I need a very elementary
explanation how to fix this

The Windows Mail program doesn't support the HTTP protocol, and therefore
can't connect to email sites which require it.

You may want to download and install the Windows Live Mail program,
which can handle many of such sites:

Did you ever get an answer to your question. I am having the same problem.
Mine worked a few weeks ago, had to completely restore my computer, and now I
can't send mail through the direct link in craigslist.

Any help would be appriciated.
