That error is coming from the outgoing mail server, not from Winmail itself.
How many recipients are on the TO and CC lines? Many ISPs only allow you to
send to a few people at a time to prevent you from spamming with their mail
server.

i typed in the email address once in the "to:" field and it doubled it but
there is no cc

i typed "(e-mail address removed)" and it shows (e-mail address removed)<[email protected]>;

Yes, that's normal behavior, unless you have the address in your Contacts
with a name in at least one of the name fields. Is that the case? the mail
server doesn't really care about first-name, last-name. It only cares about
the email address, so that must be where the problem lies.

You might try deleting the email address in your Contact, and then re-typing
it.
