Help with burning a boot CD

I want to create a Microsoft Windows Memory Diagnostic boot disk, but I am
really confused by the directions. It says I need to use the CDburn utility
to create the disk, but I can't seem to get the string right to do it. If I
just select the file and burn it to a CD will it work as a boot disk, or do I
need to use the utility to make it bootable? I have the WinDiag tool
downloaded and ready to go once I figure out how to do it.

Do a Google search on boot CD - there are quite a few postings/listings that
have answers.
