Help with BF1942 and some other games..?

well I had some virus problems.. and now they are cleaned
off. anyways when I try to run Battle
field 1942 I get this error:
"BF1942.exe - Entry Point Not Found"
(Circular X with red background)" The procedure entry
point GetRawImputDeviceInfoW could not be located in the
dynamic link library USER32.dll." (Theres only an Ok
button.) And yes I have reinstalled Battle field and it
still has this problem. And here is the error for AvP:
"avp.exe - Entry Point Not Found"
(same X)"The procedure entry point GetRawImputDeviceList
could not be located in the dynamic link library
USER32.dll."
So what do I have to do to get these games running again??
