Help! What is running in my svchost?

Can someone help me with resource management? This thing about svchost is
over my head.

I looked at my running process and focused on the svchost's. While other
svchost run around 4000k, one svchost stands out at a whopping 20,000k.

Using TaskList, I see that it runs multiple things and is why it's so large,
but I am not sure I need all this. I can't make sense of what it is. I can't
even tell if some of it is malware or viruses. I run a lot of anti-malware
and anti-virus programs but still worry. Can someone comment on these and
tell what they are and if I can do without some of them to save resources?

This is what the suspicious svchost is running...

AudioSrv, Browser, CryptSvc, Dhcp, EventSystem,
FastUserSwitchingCompatibility, helpsvc, HidServ, lanmanserver,
lanmanworkstation, Netman, Nla, RasMan, Schedule, seclogon, SENS,
SharedAccess, ShellHWDetection, srservice, TapiSrv, Themes, TrkWks, W32Time,
winmgmt, wscsvc, wuauserv, WZCSVC

Svchost is the interface for a whole slew of services, loaded in groups
as called for. I don't see anything abnormal in that lot
