Help - run cmd removed from start menu

I need to get into gpedit.msc but I removed the run box from the start
menu. How else I can I get back into it? I also removed a few other
items that I need to restore but without the run box, I don't know how
else to get into gpedit.msc

Did you also remove the shortcut to CMD.EXE from your
Programs/Accessories directory? If so, recreate it.

Or, type %windir%\system32\cmd.exe into Explorer's or Internet
Explorer's Address box.

Or, type %windir%\system32\gpedit.msc into Explorer's or Internet
Explorer's Address box.
