Help! Question re: using Spybot S & D in XP

I run Spybot frequently as I have had several problems in the last while.
My ? is, why do the same DSO exploits turn up each time even though I "fix"
them each time. See attachment .ini

Oops.. that one screwed up, could you give me an overall idea and I'll try
better next time !
