I don't know my email address! Can someone please help me! I'm desperate!

What company do you get your internet connection from? Ask
them if they provide you any email address at all, what it is,
and how to set up Windows Mail to use it. If they don't
have instructions for Windows Mail, their instructions for
Outlook Express will probably work under Windows Mail as
well if they don't call for the HTTP protocol.

Well, we can't possibly know what it is. Contact whoever you get your
email from, such as your ISP.
