Please restart your system in Safe mode by pressing F8 before the initial
Windows splash screen appears.

Once in Safe mode, please scan with both Microsoft Antispyware and with your
Norton product. If the first scan with either product finds and removes
something, please re-scan with the same product until you get clean scans
with both.

I'm not familiar with what application produces the backup.cab file noted in
your second item--it is possible that this can't be cleaned automatically,
but it should be possible to delete this file from within whatever app is
creating these backups--not sure whether it is Norton, or something
else--Goback, for example?

I think C:\undo\backup.cab is the compressed file archive
created by XP when you upgrade from a previous operating
system. (If you have a new clean install of XP and never
had a different operating system then I'm way off base so
tell me.) You can delete it if you are not going to
revert back to your old operating system.

Start Run cmd

In the DOS-type window:

C:
attrib -r -h -s \undo\backup.cab
rem \undo\backup.cab

If you don't want to delete it just tell AntiSpy to Always
Ignore it. It's not going to bother you.

As Bill says Safe Mode is the way to go for the
c:\windows\system32\opuzuz.dll. With some stubborn
spyware you need to run AntiSpy twice in a row in Safe
Mode.
